What currency does Eastern Summerhill Trading
web site operate in?
All of our prices are in US dollars. We always
try to make sure we make that notation beside
every price. If for some reason US$ does
not appear beside the price, the price will
still be charged in US dollars.
Is my credit card information safe?
The security of your personal information
is an utmost priority for us. For your security,
we keep your credit card information in secure,
off-site servers where they are password protected
and encrypted under 128 bit security. If for
any reason you feel uncomfortable with this
policy, you can choose to have your credit
card information deleted from our server.
Please email us and we will delete your credit
card number from our server.
What credit cards do you accept?
Eastern Summerhill Trading currently accepts Visa, Mastercard, Visa Delta and American Express cards.
Who processes your credit cards?
All of our credit card transactions are processed by a company
called WorldPay. They are part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group,
the 5th largest banking group in the world. They are a very reputable,
trusted and secure partner in payment processing.
Where can you ship products?
Our products are warehoused and shipped out of the United States.
We can take orders and ship to almost any country. For political
or security reasons, we can not take orders from the following
countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, Angola, Burma, The Democratic
Republic of the Congo, Cote d'Ivoire, Iraq, Indonesia, North Korea,
Sudan and Zimbabwe.
Are there any problems with shipping outside of the US?
All of our products are art, and as such are almost always imported
duty free. Unfortunately, many countries require the services of a
third party importer to determine the tax and duty status of imported
products. This is especially true for products entering Canada
and countries within the European Union
Please be warned that products shipped outside the US may be charged
a handling fee and local taxes upon customs clearance.
In Canada, couriers will charge $25 for handling, as well as as GST and PST
on couriered goods. Canada Post will charge a $5 handling fee as well as
GST and PST. These fees cannot be paid by Eastern Summerhill. (We would love
to pay for them, but have been told that it impossible to do so!).
The fee will be charged to the recipient of the shipment.
