Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not happy with your purchase or if they have been damaged during shipment, you are entitled to a refund.
In order to receive a refund, please follow these steps:

You must inform Eastern Summerhill Trading within seven days of receiving your shipment that you are canceling your order and are seeking a refund. Please email your notification to:

will receive a reply to your email with
a Return Authorization Code (RAC).

Within fourteen days of receiving your reply, you must return your item to Eastern Summerhill Trading. Please use a courier or registered air mail to return the item. Your RAC should be written on the outside of package. Please send your item to our company at the following address:

All accurately returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card within thirty days of the date of the notice of cancellation.

Notes
In the event of any failure to return any goods to us which have been validly cancelled, we shall have the right to charge any costs of recovery of the goods.
Refunds include any sales taxes
Refunds exclude shipping charges and international customs duties.
